In Iberia, we are still a small team in “start-up mode” and are looking for people sharing our passion for getting things “done-done-done” be it preparing a strategic plan for a Key Account, sorting out thousands of samples for setting up the showroom or revamping our brand presence at retail. Our tasks are extremely diverse and evolving, and we love to take them head on with creativity, energy and commitment, always as a team.
Our goal is to drive fast but qualitative and sustainable growth with our retailers and consumers in Iberia, and our local team needs support to deliver against the respective business goals.
The job position of Sales & Marketing intern is located at our new Barcelona office. During this internship, you’ll learn and experience firsthand what it’s like to work for a fast-paced, innovative and growing company with a passion to drive the Brand to the next level. You will be reporting to the National Sales Manager, but work with the entire team depending on the concrete assignments.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will have a variety of tasks to support the local team, including, but not limited to:
•Working with sales tools such as catalogues, price lists and imagery
•Managing sample organization and showroom coordination
•Accurately collecting, analyzing and consolidating product/ sales order information with Excel
•Supporting the preparation of sales plans & sell-in meetings
•Development/ improvement of sales & marketing processes
•Working on sales & marketing related projects.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
•The ideal candidate should be enrolled in his/ her business studies and have a strong motivation in working in a rapidly growing multi-national company within the sporting goods industry
•Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of an additional European language (especially French) is a plus.
•Good analytical skills and excellent proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
•Sport enthusiast and flexible character
•Highly motivated, proactive, hands-on, with excellent problem solving skills
•Capable of working cross-functionally across marketing, sales and back office functions like customer service, both, locally and with HQ in Amsterdam
•Available to start working immediately(minimum of 5 months).
